As a Home Stager since 2003, Cheri has Staged thousands of vacant homes and helped clients re-design their living spaces in the Placer/Sacramento region. Trained as an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), Cheri has had the pleasure of working with numerous realtors in the Placer/Sacramento area. She uses her trained eye to best feature any home to its full potential. Cheri’s ability to create furniture arrangements with beautiful aesthetics will capture the eye of potential buyers as soon as they walk through the door. She incorporates the latest design trends to wow prospective buyers to create an emotional connection to a home that can generate an offer.

Knowing how stressful selling a house can be, Cheri's organizational skills and empathy for her clients is well received and she thoroughly enjoys the process with all her clients. When Staging vacant homes, her expertise will coordinate all aspects of furniture selection and décor to best feature the homes style from delivery, installation and pick-up. She is always updating her extensive Staging inventory to create the best look for each home. She is a proud member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) that leads staging industry standards and professionalism for the Real Estate market. She is currently Vice President of the Sacramento Real Estate Staging Association chapter and will be President in 2024. 

Cheri is a resident of the city of Roseville CA, married with 3 children and 1 grandson. You can find her at the gym as she enjoys all aspects of exercise, ski trips to Tahoe, gardening, keeping up with design trends and spending time with family and friends.
