Once our recommendations have been implemented by the homeowner, Eggleston Designs can provide additional décor if needed for rent during the selling process within certain parameters that need to be met. We recommend the layout for optimum visual appeal using current design trends that best suits the homes architecture and amenities.
 
For the "do it yourself" clients, consultation only is great for homeowner’s who want the look of a Staged home for a minimal investment.
